Our department comprises all aspects of district employment, including job description and position development, employee relations, contract implementation, employee evaluations, mandatory training and certifications, professional learning and career growth opportunities.

Stacy Spector brings over 20+ years of experience in education to Bellevue, including leadership roles as a classroom teacher, principal, and Assistant Superintendent at both the district and county offices. She has also served as a consultant and adjunct professor, focusing on instructional practice and change leadership. She holds a BA in political science from San Diego State University and a Masters in Educational Leadership from the University of San Diego. (She also likes horses)
