Citizen's Bond Oversight Committee
At this time, the Bellevue Union School District's Citizens’ Bond Oversight Committee (CBOC) members
include Mr. Mark Warren and Ms. Esther Lemus. Mr. Mark Warren serves as the Chair and is an active member
of the local business community. Ms. Esther Lemus serves as the Vice-Chair and is an active member of a local
senior citizen's organization. We are currently seeking additional members and invite your participation on the
committee.
