Business Department

The Business Services Department  - which includes Payroll and Benefits,  Purchasing, and Student Nutrition -  supports the Bellevue Union School District's educational goals and priorities through transparent and responsible fiscal planning and administration. Business Services oversees the development and management of the district's budget and works closely with county, state, and federal agencies to ensure that the District is in compliance with fiscal and operational statutory and regulatory requirements.

Logan serves our District as its Chief Business Official.  Prior to joining our District, Logan was the Chief Business Official for Wright Elementary School District here in Santa Rosa, and, before that, he held CBO positions in Marin and San Joaquin counties.  Logan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Southern Methodist University (Dallas, TX) and a Master of Business Administration degree from Louisiana State University (Baton Rouge, LA).  When he’s not at work, Logan enjoys traveling and spending time with his family.

Teresa Gomez serves our District as its Accounts Payable Technician and District Office Receptionist. Teresa joined our District in the Summer of 2016. Prior to her tenure with the District, Teresa worked as a loan officer, customer service manager, and credit manager with a construction company (and bonus - she's bilingual!)

Sarah Jones currently serves as the Food Service Program Manager for BUSD. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics from Arizona State University. Prior to joining the district, Sarah worked as the nutrition and culinary director for the Arizona Cardinals Football team. She has also developed impactful programs for the fitness and wellness industry, hospitality, and food service operations. In addition to her professional work, she is an avid yoga practitioner and teacher.

Victoria (Tori) Tuscano serves our District as its Business Technician and administers the Payroll and Benefits operations of the District. Prior to joining the District in the Spring of 2021 Tori served the Piner Olivet School District in Santa Rosa as a Payroll Technician.
